The property

The second floor apartment is 52 m² with an open living area and floor‑to‑ceiling windows that fill the space with natural light. The living room has a comfortable sofa, TV and direct access to a spacious balcony where you can enjoy your morning coffee or evening glass of wine.

The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need for cooking, including a stove, oven, fridge, dishwasher and coffee maker. For longer stays, you will also appreciate the washer, heating and air conditioning.

Sleeping arrangements:

- Bedroom: 160 cm size bed with blackout shades 

- Living room: comfortable sofa bed for 2 guests  

Guest access:

Guests have full access to the apartment and private balcony. 

In the shared courtyard of the complex, you can use:

The territory is monitored by cameras, and you have a dedicated free parking space inside the complex.

The apartment is in a quiet seaside area, just a short walk from the beach and a small pier. During the season, the nearby town becomes lively, with many cafes, restaurants and small shops within easy reach. It is a great base for enjoying the sea, walks along the shore and evening sunsets on the dunes.

For a truly peaceful experience, visit during the off-season when the area is delightfully tranquil, perfect for nature enthusiasts. Explore the nearby sand dunes, which provide a wind-free hideaway or an ideal spot for sunbathing and watching the sunset.
